A lot, apparently
With more than a decade producing creative, I’ve been fortunate to gravitate to the awesome people that make up the outdoor industry. I’ve built some cool stuff in the physical realm that I get to hang on my walls, like the Team Canada Alpine ski suits, and pushed pixels around for some of the giants like MEC, Arc’teryx and The North Face. I’ve lead teams of designers, photographers and media producers and collaborated often with UX and Tech. I’ve also developed a crippling dependancy on coffee and gear hoarding.
It’s not just about what I do, but how I do it
I like to work meticulously. I plan every detail, and oversee every execution. I maintain brand standards and monitor each surface execution to make sure rules are followed and delivered products are on point.
I pull inspiration from all facets of the visual world, not just the professional, but often the unexplored. Articulating innovative creative thought means no medium is off of the table – every idea can be expressed in many different ways with many different accents and expressions.
What I know, What I Do
Tools of the trade: I am a frequent dabbler in the Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and XD. I can manage, maintain, and develop content for Wordpress CMS. I’ll utilize collaboration software like Invision, Slack, and Monday and can also make my way around tools like Figma.
